My actual review is to rate one of the employees 5/5. I originally had a huge complaint that wasn’t getting solved in any way shape or form. Spoke to many employees of Hastings, not one of them were willing to help at all - one even got quite rude and offensive on the phone. Anyway eventually I went through to Tallula F who listened to me properly and advised she would do her utmost to help and would seek advice from her superiors and then get back to me. I’ve heard that phrase one too many times about people “getting back to you” and never doing it, but Tallula stuck to her word and did exactly that. Tallula has really helped me in more ways than 1 and for that I’m very thankful. I’m unsure of which branch exactly it is that she works at, but she is for sure an asset to her team and I hope the correct person sees this and is able to pass on the kind words. It’s always nice to praise people when they do good!!
